Based in Khandallah, Wellington, Dave Clingman has created ceramic art for three years and enjoys it immensely. His work is a mix of wheel work and handbuilding. He aims for a balance between the functional and artistic aspects of ceramics. He enjoys experimenting with colours and glazes, and how they mix and merge together. He has also experimented with the beauty of mixed and recycled clays.
