Abbots Butterscotch is a Cone 6 midfire brushable glaze with a warm caramel glaze with a smooth honeyed surface and gentle darker breaks on edges and texture.  It feels inviting rather than sugary, and is especially valued for the way it adds warmth, glow, and subtle atmosphere in layered combinations.
